What was Sarah's Problem?
Sarah was looking to increase the amount of Videography clients she got on a monthly basis from Southern Idaho, to Northern Utah. She knew for her audience, running Facebook and Google ads to people who are searching for wedding videographers and business focused videographers would be the solution. However, as she began to run ads, she struggled to optimize - never achieving the clear conversions needed for her to feel satisfied with the budget she was spending monthly.
What did we do to Fix it.
After taking Sarah on as a client, we did a deep dive into her accounts finding from her previous campaigns the best type of performing ads, and what was most likely to convert based off of said ads. From this, we created new campaigns that would align with her ideal audience. For these new segments, focus was put on what campaigns would go on what platforms, better converting the audiences she hoped to reach from search ads as well as Facebook display ads.
What were the Results?
From the median results she previously received, we increased CTR by 76%, increasing the amount of people that explore her page. From here, she was able to increase the type of clients she wanted to receive in weddings, as well as continue to build relationships in videography.
