What was this Idaho Agency's Issue?

For this Agency, increasing the amount of foot traffic was a clear goal for their campaign. Already taking initiative, they had included video testimonials, free services for estate calculators, with daily property listings being uploaded onto the page. Though all of these incredible efforts were taken, their foot traffic was less than 170 people monthly. What was the secret sauce needed to bring more Idaho buyers to their home page and beyond?
What we did to fix it.
Through a full audit of their website, we found their ranking score on google ranked high for original content, but lacked the long tail keywords and backlinks for Google's algorithm to rank it higher on credibility. Through research, we update more than 20+ pages of website copy, including local and national keywords while balancing the density of keywords to rank highest on the page.
This (combined with Facebook and Google ad campaigns) built credibility for the page, creating a web of natural links that connected the agency's website to a wide range of reputable sites from socials, other agencies, and beyond.
Combining these updates with a final UI/UX redesign, this agency was positioned correctly to go alongside their online foot traffic
What were the Results?
From an initial ranking of 8/100 in Quality ranking, their ranking increased to 78/100, a 875% increase in quality. This means that this webpage ranks higher across search results, with our data backed ads being able to convert once users are brought to the page.
