What was CT Leather Co.'s Problem?

Craftsman's Touch Leather Co - a Rexburg, Idaho based leather shop focused on personalized mouse pads, keychains, and beyond - wanted to expand beyond their word of mouth clientele. They knew the importance of promoting themselves and their products online, but being a legacy brick and mortar establishment, had never explored the digital space for their brand.

We were taken on to oversee their digital/in person presence, building upon the brand they had built for themselves through posters, pamphlets, paid ads, Digital Signage Network videos, and their website.

What we did to fix it.

A massive array of work was done - after creating a logo that matched with the owners, a brand kit was created to help in creation of a Shopify store they could use for selling. From this, promotional items were created from brochures to posters that were posted around university campuses, as well as local businesses.

From these foundational marketing efforts, Facebook and google ads were created, targeting Southeast Idaho, allowing the frequency of their brand to be as high as it possibly could for conversions.

What Were the Results?

From the first week of running ads, revenue increased by 117%, with hundreds of more product being purchased, requiring business partnerships to match demand.

CT Leather Co now has a larger amount of revenue, allowing them to expand further in marketing, increasing the amount of monthly traffic they wouldn't have been possible from this leap of faith into the digital landscape.
